🏗️ Lead estimating efforts on major civil and utility projects—airports, bridges, transit, energy, and more.
✅ Develop bid strategies & review final estimates
✅ Support contract negotiations & change orders
✅ Manage department operations & staff
✅ Present to clients & leadership
🔧 Experience in heavy civil construction & HCSS Heavy Bid required
🎓 BS in Civil Engineering or equivalent
