Senior Financial Analyst

The Bolton Group is partnering up with a company that has experienced tremendous growth over recent years, as they add a Senior Financial Analyst to their team.

The Senior Financial Analyst will be providing insights and helping with new strategic initiatives and will have strong visibility to C-Suite executives

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
• Technical acumen (advanced Excel, etc.) and intellectual curiosity in this area are critical: looking for people who have developed and/or improved processes
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate with C-Suite executives when called upon
• Attention to detail is a must
• A congenial attitude, willing/eager to help others work through problems and guide solutions
• Knowledge of GAAP, accounting theory, and financial reporting
