This role blends operations, analytics, and finance — perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-visibility environments and enjoys driving meaningful cost transformation projects.

Who you are:
 

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years in Finance, Operations Finance, or Business Operations within a manufacturing environment
• Advanced Excel skills (vlookup, index-match, pivot tables, etc.)
• Strong analytical mindset with proven success in driving operational improvement and value chain optimization
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  
   

What you’ll do:
 

• Partner cross-functionally across Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain to identify cost-saving opportunities (e.g., freight, routing, labor optimization).
• Lead MRP and WIP/Routing initiatives to improve visibility into operational costs and efficiency.
• Use data modeling and analytics to drive capacity planning, SKU optimization, and S&OP improvements.
• Translate operational insights into ROI-driven financial outcomes and present results to leadership.
• Conduct financial analyses, develop reports, and track cost-savings initiatives.
