Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

Description:

The Senior Financial Reporting Analyst at Addison Group will be responsible for generating, reviewing, and validating financial statements, as well as assisting with month-end close. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS

• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end consolidation processes across all subsidiaries

• Prepare and review reconciliations and post journal entries related to accruals, derivatives, and other general ledger activities

• Assist with compliance reporting

• Coordinate with external auditors to support the annual audit process

• Develop and implement process improvements to streamline consolidation and reporting workflows

• Evaluate and manage consolidation software/tools to ensure effective usage across teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master's preferred)

• 3+ years of financial reporting or public accounting audit experience

• CPA is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 + bonus

• Hybrid role – typically 1-day work from home
