Hireflux Technologies is partnering with Flagler Health, a rapidly growing Series B HealthTech startup, to urgently fill a critical Senior Fullstack Engineer role.
📍 Location: Hybrid (3 days/week in-office: Mon-Wed) in New York, NY OR Vancouver, BC 💰 Salary: $190,000 - $250,000 / year 🏢 Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
Must-Haves:
5+ years of fullstack experience shipping production web applications.
Strong startup background with a high-agency, founder-like mindset and end-to-end ownership.
Frontend Stack: TypeScript/JavaScript, Vue 3 (preferred), or React.
Backend & Infra Stack: Node.js, Express, MongoDB, and Mongoose.
Experience handling Protected Health Information (PHI) with HIPAA compliance standards.
(Note: Candidates with exclusively large enterprise experience without startup exposure, or a history of job-hopping (<1 year per role), will not be considered for this role.)
What You'll Do: You will own features end-to-end across a single monorepo to build Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) tooling, automate complex billing workflows, and expand care management platforms and patient portals.
