Description:

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic thought partner to Sales Executives and their leadership teams. This senior-level role is responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that influence the effectiveness of the sales function. The HR Business Partner will provide consultative guidance, drive talent strategies, and support organizational and workforce planning while leading or participating in various HR projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic partner to Sales Executives and their leadership teams, providing insights, guidance, and expertise.

  • Lead talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and workforce diversity & inclusion initiatives.

  • Manage organizational design, resource allocation, and workforce planning to optimize sales team performance.

  • Advise and coach leaders on HR processes, employment law, employee relations, and change management strategies.

  • Lead or support transformative HR initiatives and monitor outcomes using analytics and KPIs.

  • Support onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies to foster a high-performing, inclusive work environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).

  • 10+ years of strategic HR Business Partner experience; experience supporting sales/commercial organizations preferred.

  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive measurable business results.

  • Strong project and change management skills with ability to influence leaders at all levels.

  • Broad knowledge of core HR functions: talent management, succession planning, leadership development, employee relations, compensation, compliance, and more.

  • Executive presence with excellent interpersonal, influencing, and coaching skills.

  • Ability to travel up to 20% and adapt to fast-paced, metrics-driven environments.
