Looking to stand out from the crowd BEFORE campus recruiting season next fall? Please apply to SC Johnson's Leadership Development Program which is a two-part experience where you’ll be invited to:

• Three professional development virtual sessions leading up to the Summit (described below). These sessions will help prepare you for the Summit by building your skills toolkit both personally and professionally.

• A two-day Leadership Summit hosted on August 14 & 15, 2024 at our Global Headquarters in Racine, WI (centrally located between Chicago, IL and Milwaukee, WI). During the Summit you’ll learn more about SC Johnson and our internship program, network with members of our Leadership Team and Employee Resource Groups, participate in additional development opportunities.
