Senior Information Security Architect & Lead

Description:

We are looking for a Senior Information Security Architect & Lead to help us build and scale our security function. This is a high-impact, hands-on role. You will partner directly with functional leaders to define the security architecture, establish core programs, and implement practical and scalable controls across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Redefine and implement our security architecture and roadmap.
• Build foundational GRC capabilities (policies, risk management, compliance readiness aligned to NIST CSF / ISO 27001 / SOC 2)
• Design and stand up a lean SOC (SIEM, EDR, detection use cases, incident response)
• Enable security engineering practices (SAST, DAST, dependency scanning)
• Establish and run a vulnerability management program.
• Partner with engineering to institutionalize a secure-by-design approach.
• Mentor team members and help shape the future information security group.

Qualification

• 8–12+ years in Information Security with a strong architecture + hands-on background
• Experience building or scaling security in lean / fast-paced environments.
• Solid understanding of NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2
• Hands-on experience with:
• SIEM / EDR / vulnerability management tools
• Cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Application security / DevSecOps practices
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
