Senior Legal Counsel

This hybrid role is suited for a highly experienced and driven corporate transactional attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem-solver, with a solid grasp of legal risk and a talent for complex contract negotiation and strategy development. The position supports key business units and requires collaboration with various levels of senior leadership across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements.

• Resolve unique legal, regulatory, and commercial challenges with innovative, business-centric solutions.

• Advise senior management on legal risks and policy matters.

• Support business development and sales teams in launching new products and services.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze business/legal issues and provide actionable guidance.

• Contribute to broader legal and functional strategies that support the organization’s growth and compliance.

Required Qualifications:

• J.D. from a top-tier law school.

• Licensed to practice law in the U.S. and a member in good standing of a U.S. state bar.

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in corporate or transactional law.

• Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Ability to handle complex legal issues with a strategic mindset.

• Familiarity with data privacy laws and regulations is highly preferred.

• Skilled in Microsoft Word and Outlook.

• Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking capabilities.

Salary and Benefits:

• Annual Salary Range: $180,000 – $220,000

• Monthly Salary Equivalent: $15000 – $18333

• Bonus Eligible: Yes
