Description:
EY’s Technology Operations Managed Services team supports global clients with SAP application managed services, digital solutions, and complex managed service deals. This Senior Manager role in Technology Operations and Service Delivery is key to ensuring smooth operation and support of SAP technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality support and issue resolution impacting key business processes and services.
Lead global SAP Applications Management teams, handling client governance, mentoring team members, and driving continuous improvement.
Build and nurture client relationships, participate in business development, RFPs, and upsells.
Ensure adherence to service level and operational agreements.
Contribute to continuous improvement and standardization initiatives.
Participate in client working sessions and coordinate with EY leadership and account teams.
Manage SAP delivery teams including offshore components and drive delivery excellence.
Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree) required.
8 to 10+ years experience in SAP operations, project management, or both.
Expertise in Application Management and knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Strong customer orientation and experience in customer support operations.
Experience with SAP ERP systems, preferably S/4HANA, RISE, or GROW.
Knowledge of ITIL processes: Change Management, Incident Management, Release Management, Disaster Recovery, etc.
Experience managing offshore SAP delivery teams.
Strong communication, relationship building, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with contract and financial management, including RFPs and sales support.
Digital fluency and ability to adapt in a hybrid work environment.
Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements.
Salary range: $148,900 - $340,200 annually (higher range for NYC Metro, Washington State, and California up to $386,600).
