Senior Manager

Description:

Conduent is seeking a Senior Manager, Information Security (BISO) to lead a team of Business Information Security Officers. This remote, hands-on role involves developing and driving the security strategy for an internal business unit, ensuring alignment between business objectives and data security. The role provides leadership, mentorship, security education, and technical direction to a diverse group of security professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall security strategy, prioritization, remediation, and security posture within the business unit

• Collaborate with BU/division to reduce cyber risks and drive security initiatives

• Establish priorities that align with business objectives, capacity, and funding

• Drive information security as a core business requirement

• Provide leadership, guidance, and coordination across teams for security improvements

• Work closely with technology teams and project management to deliver security solutions

• Communicate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience

• Proven leadership in information security and risk management

• Experience with NIST, ISO 27000, PCI, HIPAA, CIS controls

• Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize complex tasks

• Executive presence, strategic thinker, hands-on leadership approach

• IT Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA preferred

• Up to 10% travel may be required
