Senior Principal Engineer

Description:

This role involves leading the architecture design of innovative processor-based SoCs for cutting-edge datacenter, AI, memory, and cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead chip architecture projects, engaging with customers, engineering, and marketing teams.

• Specify product requirements and drive them to closure.

• Architect new system blocks and features for advanced SoCs.

• Oversee IP evaluation, microarchitecture design, pinout planning, cost, and power estimations.

• Collaborate across business units for internal IP sharing and capability integration.

• Conduct training sessions, mentor architects and engineers, and contribute to organizational knowledge growth.

Key Expertise:

• System-on-Chip (SoC) architecture: interconnects, I/O, virtualization, memory hierarchies, power management, clocks, resets, and security.

• Technical leadership in delivering complex silicon solutions.
