The Crowd is excited to be partnering with a highly acclaimed AD100 interior design studio that are looking for a well-rounded, personable and collaborative luxury residential focused SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER to join their growing New York team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a studio that sits at the forefront of the international luxury design world, with an exceptional reputation for its work, people and culture.

The role will form part of a progressive, inclusive and collaborative team and will be responsible for simultaneously overseeing multiple, luxury residential projects across the East Coast. In addition, you will manage a small team of designers, whilst coordinating internal and external stakeholders, including consultants, contractors and vendors.

The role will take ownership of multiple residential projects of varying scales, balancing design integrity, technical execution, project management and client expectations throughout. Strong project management skills are essential, with the successful candidate comfortable managing schedules and deliverables, coordinating across disciplines and proactively identifying solutions to keep projects moving forward. Experience with ground-up construction and New York vendors is a must.
