We're Hiring: Senior Quality Analyst (Test Automation) - with Health and Human Services  domain 🌟
📍 Location: Washington Street, Boston, MA - Hybrid

What You’ll Be Doing 💼
🔹 Design detailed and comprehensive test plans and documentation for software applications used by the Department of Transitional Assistance (DTA).
🔹 Conduct defect analysis (Root Cause Analysis) and work with developers to resolve issues.
🔹 Lead and participate in Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with key stakeholders.
🔹 Perform feasibility studies to select automation tools and create Proof of Concepts (POC).
🔹 Develop automation frameworks with Selenium WebDriver, Java, TestNG, and Maven for functional and regression testing.
🔹 Continuously improve and enhance automated test suites.
🔹 Participate in Agile Scrum teams for new feature design, development, and implementation.
🔹 Adhere to security and privacy controls including HIPAA and NIST 800-53.
🔹 Manage testing in UAT and Production environments.
🔹 Provide guidance to the quality assurance team and track deliverables.

What We’re Looking For 🔍
🔹 Expertise in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), and QA methodologies.
🔹 Proficient with Bugzilla, JIRA, Test Rail, Confluence, and HP ALM.
🔹 Strong knowledge of Java, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and DOM.
🔹 Experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, Maven, Jenkins, and Appium.
🔹 Strong SQL and database knowledge, particularly in Oracle.
🔹 Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to achieve business outcomes.
🔹 Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Qualifications 🎓
🔹 BS in Computer Science, related degree, or equivalent experience.
🔹 Experience with black-box, white-box, functional, smoke, and regression testing.
🔹 Familiarity with testing mobile applications on Android and iOS using Appium.
