Spencer Rigby is partnered with a mid-sized molecular diagnostics company, to hire a Senior Sales Executive who will lead MRD Sales in their assigned territory. Our client has an innovative oncology portfolio that provides incredible benefits to patients & healthcare providers.

Under the leadership of the VP of Sales, we are looking to hire sales executives who have a passion for transforming patient care & the drive to succeed in a high-performing team. We are looking for strong salespeople with ambitions of being leaders of the future.

Desirable Attributes & Experience

• Minimum of 5+ years' sales experience in oncology, molecular diagnostics or healthcare.
• High performance mindset.
• An eagerness to learn, grow and develop.
• Proven experience increasing sales revenues in a territory.
• Strong communicator with an ability to educate and support customers.
