Description:
Responsibilities of the Senior Scrum Master:
- Teach, mentor, and facilitate across multiple levels and teams in the organization
- Collaborate with other team members and value team success over individual success
- Support continuous learning related to Agile, Scrum, coaching, facilitation, emotional intelligence, team dynamics
- Apply understanding of all software life cycle development disciplines, including project management, QA/testing, and implementation
Requirements of the Senior Scrum Master:
- 3-5 years of experience in Scrum at multiple Orgs
- Demonstrate agile mindset while working in ambiguity and grey
- Proactive behavior and flexibility in Scrum
- Specific examples of team growth and maturation
- Strong focus on soft skills and ability to influence, communicate and collaborate
