Description:

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a global leader in clinical diagnostics and a part of the Danaher Corporation, is actively seeking a Senior Developer, Enterprise Software to join its team in Chaska, MN. This is a full-time, on-site position designed for an experienced software engineer with deep expertise in Java and enterprise-scale software systems. This role is central to the development, support, and innovation of Global Document Management and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems used worldwide to improve healthcare diagnostics outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and implement global Document Management and PLM solutions tailored for enterprise use.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and operations to gather requirements and translate them into scalable software designs.

• Author comprehensive design documentation and user manuals for internal and external stakeholders.

• Deliver ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to users and internal teams.

• Participate in code reviews and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes to uphold quality and reliability standards.

• Stay updated with emerging tools and trends in enterprise software, especially in document management and PLM ecosystems.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development roles.

• Proficiency in:

  • Java / J2EE

  • Oracle Database technologies

  • Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies

Preferred / Bonus Qualifications:

• Prior experience with Documentum or Oracle PLM / Windchill systems is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker configuration, and version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Experience with Spring Boot framework for enterprise Java development.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual Salary Range: $105000 – $135000

• Monthly Salary Equivalent: $8750 – $11250

• Eligible for bonus/incentive pay
