Description:

Danaher, through its Beckman Coulter Diagnostics division and in partnership with myGwork – LGBTQ+ Business Community, is hiring a Senior Enterprise Software Developer to work on-site in Chaska, MN. This is a full-time, high-impact role for a seasoned software professional with deep experience in Java development and a strong foundation in enterprise-grade software architecture, design, and implementation.

You’ll be part of a team focused on transforming the laboratory diagnostics space with advanced Document Management and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions. This opportunity offers the chance to work on global enterprise applications that directly support healthcare innovation across the world. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring all technical solutions align with business needs and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and implement Document Management and PLM systems that serve global operations.

• Gather business requirements and translate them into robust and scalable technical solutions.

• Create and maintain comprehensive software documentation including technical design documents and user manuals.

• Support software users by providing troubleshooting and issue resolution.

• Actively contribute to peer reviews, testing cycles, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Monitor and adapt to industry trends and emerging technologies in enterprise software development.

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development.

• Proven expertise in Java, J2EE, and Oracle database technologies.

• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Experience with Documentum, Windchill, or Oracle PLM is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline setup, Docker configuration, and Git version control.

• Familiarity with Java Spring Boot framework and enterprise Java best practices.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $105,000 – $135,000 annually
  (Final offer may vary depending on education, skills, and experience)

• Monthly Salary Equivalent: $8750 – $11250

• Bonus/Performance Incentive Pay eligibility
