Are you an experienced Technical Lead with expertise in C#, RESTful APIs, MongoDB, and Azure? Join us as a Senior Software Engineering Lead in Chicago, IL (Hybrid) and lead a talented team in delivering enterprise-level solutions!
📍 Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead a team of 10-15 senior developers across multiple projects
✅ Architect and develop middleware solutions integrating Workday and other platforms
✅ Design, develop, and optimize RESTful APIs and Azure-based services
✅ Own integration testing and ensure seamless system communication
✅ Provide technical mentorship, innovative solutions, and hands-on coding support
✅ Coordinate with upstream and downstream systems for smooth integrations
🔹 Must-Have Skills:
✔ 5+ years of experience leading senior technical teams across multiple geographies
✔ Hands-on expertise in C#, RESTful APIs, MongoDB, Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps, and Function Apps
✔ Strong understanding of enterprise software architecture & API development
✔ Experience with Salesforce, Workday, or similar systems of record is a plus
✔ Ability to think out-of-the-box and drive end-to-end solution ownership
