The company is seeking a CPFR Senior Specialist to join its dynamic Supply Chain Management (SCM) team. This role is pivotal in managing forecasting analytics, leading cross-functional collaboration, and providing insights to improve inventory efficiency and customer satisfaction. The position demands analytical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence key business decisions through data-driven recommendations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and enhance forecasting analytics for Samsung Electronics America accounts using advanced processes and tools.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships across Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, Logistics, and customer teams to drive process improvement.

  • Develop and implement supply chain optimization strategies that improve service levels, reduce costs, and enhance forecasting accuracy.

  • Analyze customer channel data to identify actionable insights and ensure alignment with company objectives.

  • Create and present detailed reports for executive management, offering clear and concise analysis for quick decision-making.

  • Lead and support strategic supply chain projects, ensuring effective execution and measurable results.

  • Promote collaboration and consensus-building among teams to streamline operations and achieve business goals.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or another quantitative discipline.

  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, or related operational roles.

  • Strong understanding of supply chain principles, inventory management, and forecasting analytics.

  • Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in presenting findings to executive-level management.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Office Suite applications.

  • High attention to detail, organizational strength, and the ability to work independently.

  • Occasional travel required (approximately 10%).

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary Range: USD 103000 – 127500 per year, plus a 15% target bonus.
