Representative Responsibilities

• Maintain financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts
• Perform account reconciliations and bank settlements
• Coordinate month-end close and prepare monthly and year-end journal entries
• Support and coordinate internal financial audits and audit preparation for external accounting services
• Forecast expenses for budgeting and cash flow projections
• Assist in vendor management and execution against existing and new contracts
• Overall responsibility for AP, AR, Payroll, and utilization reports
• Assist with tax related documentation supporting external taxation services
• Monitor organizational spend to identify trends for potential cost reduction
• Prepare and analyze financial and operational reports
• Assist in the development of guidelines and procedures driving continuous improvement in accounting and financial processes
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 6+ years of proven success in accounting, preferably in a corporate setting
• 6+ years of experience with Financial Management and/or ERP Software (SAP S/4HANA strongly preferred)
• 6+ years of experience with GAAP and financial reporting
