• 10+ years of professional experience in structural engineering.

• Strong expertise in structural design calculations for buildings such as schools, government facilities, and commercial projects.

• Proven ability to lead multiple projects from inception to completion.

• Experience in mentoring junior engineers and leading technical teams.

• Prior experience working directly with clients and managing relationships.

Qualifications

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or related Engineering discipline.
✅ Professional Engineer (P.E.) License in New Jersey (mandatory).
✅ Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
✅ Strong leadership skills with project and client management experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead multiple structural engineering projects simultaneously.
