Senior Structural Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead structural analysis, design, and detailing for commercial, institutional, federal, and industrial projects.
• Design steel, concrete, and masonry structures for both new construction and renovation projects.
• Manage project teams, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Prepare technical proposals, fee estimates, and qualification packages.
• Collaborate with architects, owners, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality structural solutions.
• Support business development efforts and maintain strong client relationships.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and technical staff.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and other office locations to ensure project success.
• Participate in marketing activities and industry networking opportunities.
• Travel as required to support project and client needs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Structural Engineer (SE) license preferred.
• 10–15 years of structural engineering experience.
