Senior Technical Product Manager

Description:

We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager with strong expertise in requirements management, SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and stakeholder collaboration. This role involves leading end-to-end requirements processes, aligning business and technical teams, and driving successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
·      Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Elicit, analyze, and validate business and technical requirements for new applications and enhancements.
·      Business Process Improvement: Map, design, and optimize processes to support application and system changes.
·      End-to-End Requirements Management: Oversee the complete lifecycle using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and IBM DOORS.
·      Solution Design: Translate business needs into actionable technical specifications and oversee implementation.
·      Technical Evaluations & RFPs: Develop RFPs, evaluate vendor solutions, and assist in vendor selection.
·      Documentation & Technical Writing: Prepare user stories, requirements packages, traceability matrices, and reference materials.
·      Stakeholder Collaboration: Align business units and technical teams through clear communication and negotiation.
·      User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Coordinate testing efforts and ensure solutions meet stakeholder expectations.
·      Quality Assurance: Conduct peer reviews and support grooming sessions for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:
·      3+ years of experience in product management or business analysis with a technical focus.
·      Strong expertise in requirements management for both Agile and Waterfall environments.
·      Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and best practices.
·      Proficiency with requirements management tools (JIRA, Confluence, IBM DOORS).
·      Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
·      Experience developing RFPs and technical evaluations for vendor selection.
·      Background in client technologies and relevant systems is highly preferred.
·      Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
