XMS Solutions, Inc., a professional services provider with a Microsoft Solutions Partner Designation (SPD), is seeking a Senior Windows Active Directory Engineer to join their security-oriented team. This full-time role offers a hybrid work model, with up to 30% travel required depending on client needs and remote work the remainder of the time.

This is a dynamic position for professionals ready to move beyond traditional infrastructure roles into security services under a Zero Trust framework. The engineer will play a key role in helping enterprise clients transition from on-premises Microsoft environments to hybrid or full Azure cloud solutions.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with enterprise-level Active Directory, along with a working knowledge of associated technologies such as LDAP, PKI, Entra, MIM, Microsoft Defender, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM). Familiarity with tools such as BeyondTrust, CyberArk, Thycotic, CA PAM, Quest One Identity TPAM, and other identity and privilege management solutions is highly desirable.

Beyond technical delivery, the position will evolve to include pre-sales and customer-facing consulting activities, giving the right individual the opportunity to set strategic direction for clients and influence solution design, rather than simply executing predefined tasks.
