Key Responsibilities
Lead multiple Workday Extend implementations from solution design through deployment.
Drive solution design based on business requirements.
Recommend appropriate Workday Extend design patterns and best practices.
Identify Workday Extend platform limitations early and recommend alternative approaches.
Define and review the Extend application security model, integrations, workflows, and data design.
Evaluate application performance and scalability considerations.
Review technical design and development approaches throughout the build phase.
Proactively identify technical risks and implementation challenges before they become project issues.
Support developers with complex design decisions and troubleshooting during development, testing, and deployment.
Remain engaged throughout the project implementation to help ensure solution quality.
Ideal Candidate
15+ years of IT experience with strong Workday Extend expertise.
Proven experience architecting and leading multiple Workday Extend implementations.
Strong knowledge of solution architecture, integrations, security, workflows, and data design.
