We’re looking for a Service Designer to lead the creation of seamless and cohesive end-to-end experiences across digital and physical service touchpoints.
This role sits at the heart of our UX team, requiring a blend of strategic systems thinking, user empathy, and the ability to align behind-the-scenes processes with front-stage experiences.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Conduct holistic user research to identify pain points across the full service journey
Create and maintain service blueprints and journey maps that reflect entire service ecosystems
Lead co-creation workshops with cross-functional stakeholders
Develop and test prototypes of service concepts—digital interfaces, employee workflows, and more
Advocate for user-centered design through actionable insights and recommendations
Partner with UX designers to ensure product experiences fit seamlessly into the service delivery model

💡 Must-Have Skills:
✅ 5+ years in Service Design, UX Strategy, or related design roles
✅ Strong portfolio showcasing journey mapping, blueprinting, and systems thinking
✅ Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
✅ Tools: Figma, Miro, Mural, etc.
✅ Bachelor’s in Design, HCI, or related field (Master’s a plus)
✅ Experience working in fast-paced, client-facing environments
