Yochana IT Solutions Inc. is looking for a skilled Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician to join their team in Allen Park, MI. This position is ideal for a highly motivated and technically strong professional who can perform advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of HVAC and automotive systems.

The selected candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of technical tasks, including electrical diagnostics, wiring harness troubleshooting, and mechanical repair. The role demands experience in working with 12 VDC circuits, CAN systems, scan tools, oscilloscopes, and cloud-based diagnostic platforms. Candidates with ASE certifications will be given preference, as the role involves providing high-quality technical service and support in an OEM or Tier 2/3 environment.

The technician must demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, the capability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and repair manuals, and the ability to identify and resolve diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs). Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, are also required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform HVAC and automotive repair, diagnostics, and service tasks.

• Troubleshoot electrical systems, wiring harnesses, and circuits.

• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, repair manuals, and fault codes.

• Use diagnostic equipment including scan tools, oscilloscopes, multi-meters, and power probes.

• Perform live data analysis (PIDs) and evaluate system performance.

• Support and troubleshoot OEM/Tier 2/3 systems with remote/cloud diagnostic platforms.

• Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs while ensuring quality and compliance.

• Provide clear and effective technical communication with team members and management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• ASE certifications preferred: Electrical, Gasoline Engines, Diesel Engines, and L2 Advanced Certification.

• Proven experience as Lead Mechanic or A/B level mechanic.

• Strong expertise in 12 VDC circuits, CAN, and troubleshooting electrical faults.

• Experience using diagnostic tools including oscilloscope, scan tool, and laptop.

• Strong understanding of DTC types and hierarchy.

• Ability to pin out and trace wiring harnesses effectively.

• Familiarity with remote support tools and cloud-based diagnostic systems.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
