In this role, you’ll lead by example—coaching a team, driving sales, and building powerful relationships with custom builders, remodelers, and designers. You’ll own everything from vendor communication and product training to showroom merchandising and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, remodelers, and designers

• Customize and implement sales strategies using HubSpot, CRM tools, and follow-up systems

• Oversee vendor communications, training, and showroom presentation

• Hire, coach, and develop sales consultants to become top performers

• Be involved at every level—this is a roll-up-your-sleeves, hands-on leadership role
