We’re hiring Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team in Poland, supporting one of the world’s most iconic automotive brands .

What You’ll Do
 

  • Provide professional support via multiple channels, such as phone, chat, and other communication platforms.
  • Guide customers through their purchase and post-purchase journey.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solutions.
  • Update databases accurately and professionally.
  • Offer tailored product suggestions and support.
  • Adapt to change and support all tasks as needed for smooth service delivery.
  • Be the friendly voice of a world-class brand.

What We Expect
 

  • C1/C2 Spanish, B2 English.
  • Willingness to provide excellent customer care.
  • Availability for 4 weeks of full-time training (Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:15).
  • Flexibility to work in a 24/7 shift environment post-training.
