Specialist Advisor

Description:

The Project/Program Management Specialist Advisor provides strategic guidance and operational support for complex projects and programs across the organization. This role ensures alignment with business objectives, oversees planning and execution, and drives process improvements to achieve successful outcomes. The advisor collaborates with cross-functional teams, manages resources, and applies advanced project management methodologies to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget.

Basic Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree
• Certifications: Prince 2 or PMP preferred.
• Experience: 10 years of relevant experience in Banking, Healthcare, or Insurance industries
• Experience: 3 years in leading Medium to large scale BPS Projects/ Programs
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Copilot, Power Automate, SharePoint).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
