Description:

Ulta Beauty is seeking a passionate Specialty Beauty Advisor dedicated to the Chanel brand, including color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance. The SBA - Chanel is responsible for driving sales, engaging guests to understand their individual beauty needs, providing expert product recommendations, makeup applications, skincare analysis, and exceptional customer service. The advisor also supports in-store events, product demonstrations, and brand promotions to enhance guest experience and business growth.

Key responsibilities include exceeding sales goals, building strong guest loyalty, executing Chanel’s exclusive services, maintaining cleanliness and merchandising standards, and fostering a collaborative team environment. The role requires thorough product knowledge, enthusiasm for beauty trends, and compliance with company policies and brand standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma preferred

• Cosmetology or demonstrator license (where state law requires)

• Experience in cosmetics artistry is preferred

• Strong sales and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Working Conditions:

• Frequent standing, bending, reaching, twisting, and lifting up to 10 lbs

• Fast-paced retail environment with multitasking demands
