At PTP, we’re expanding rapidly across the U.S. and looking for experienced Sr. Account Managers who can drive new client acquisition and grow long-term partnerships.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- wn end-to-end client acquisition — from prospecting to closing
- Build and scale new accounts within your territory
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
- Sell IT staffing solutions including Staff Augmentation, SOW, and Managed Services
- Partner closely with recruiting teams to ensure quality delivery and faster closures
- Represent PTP at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in IT Staffing / Professional Staffing sales
- Proven success in new business development (hunter mindset)
- Experience managing and growing client relationships and accounts
- Strong understanding of SOW, Managed Services, and staffing models
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, high-performance environment
- Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking
- Ability to travel for client meetings and networking events
