Sr Marketing Coordinator

Description:

This position can sit in our Baltimore, Washington DC, Boston, Chicago, Northern Virginia, San Diego, Seattle, Short Hills, Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, Miami, Minneapolis, Philadelphia, Tampa, or Wilmington office and offers a hybrid work schedule.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 3 years’ experience in marketing and/or business development in a professional services environment
• Excellent writing, editing, and project management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict deadlines
• Confident with the ability to build work relationships with internal and external contacts as well as practice and firm leaders
• Strong communication, effective listening, excellent judgment, and interpersonal skills required to effectively interact with staff and attorneys on a regular basis
• Ability to prioritize and complete simultaneous projects with little to no supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint
