Sr. Patient Access Associate – Second Shift
 

• Part-time, 32 hours per week
• Second shift, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday 2pm to 10:30pm
• Full-time training required for the first three weeks: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
• Training must be completed before transitioning to the regular schedule

Join Nebraska Medicine’s Access Services team in a front-line, patient-facing role. As a Sr. Patient Access Associate, you will help patients navigate their care while often serving as their first impression of Nebraska Medicine.

Position Highlights
 

• Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors
• Complete patient registration and verify demographic and insurance information
• Interact with patients face-to-face and at the bedside
• Collect payments and complete required forms
• Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Cross-train and float to other registration areas as needed
