Sso Implementation Specialist

Description:

Enclave IQ Technologies LLC seeks an SSO Implementation Specialist for a 9–12 month direct hire project supporting a leading financial services client. The role involves managing multi-phase SSO integration projects remotely, coordinating between technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with business units, application owners, and vendors to integrate applications into the enterprise Single Sign-On (SSO) platform.

• Lead discovery, intake, and requirements gathering for SSO-enabled applications.

• Manage the full lifecycle of SSO implementation: intake, discovery, configuration handoff, testing, and go-live.

• Document all processes, including intake forms, status reports, and issue logs.

• Maintain clear communication via email, Slack/Teams, and virtual meetings to keep stakeholders aligned.

• Act as a liaison between IAM/SSO engineers and business stakeholders.

• Identify potential blockers and escalate issues proactively.

• Work autonomously in a fully remote environment, delivering results with accountability.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), or related IT project roles.

• Strong coordination skills, able to align vendors, business users, and engineers.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Organized, proactive, able to handle pressure effectively.

• Self-starter capable of working independently in a remote setting.

Preferred (Nice-to-Haves):

• Knowledge of SSO protocols such as SAML, OIDC, OAuth.

• Experience with IAM tools like Okta, Azure AD, Saviynt, Ping, etc.

• Familiarity with multi-factor authentication (MFA), identity governance, and access management concepts.

• Background in business analysis or IT project coordination.

Contract Details:

• Employment Type: Direct hire, project-based (W-2)

• Duration: 9–12 months, with potential bench pay after project completion

• Work Environment: Fully remote (U.S. candidates only)

• Pay Range: $50–$60 per hour based on experience
