Description:
Cohesity, a global leader in AI-powered data security and management, is seeking an experienced Staff Product Manager to lead the development of its next-generation reporting and licensing platform. This role focuses on creating a unified, transparent, and scalable system for tracking data usage, compliance, and licensing entitlements across both on-premises and SaaS offerings. The position is pivotal to delivering actionable insights to enterprise customers while driving adoption, license compliance, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for data pipeline, reporting, and licensing capabilities.
Design intuitive dashboards, usage analytics, and compliance workflows for both customers and internal teams.
Collaborate with engineering, UX/design, finance, legal, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
Engage with enterprise customers to validate product priorities and ensure alignment with market needs.
Develop licensing frameworks that are flexible, scalable, and revenue-focused.
Track and optimize adoption rates, compliance, and usage-based revenue impact.
Preferred Expertise:
SaaS control plane development and usage-based licensing models.
Cloud billing frameworks and entitlement systems.
Familiarity with enterprise governance, compliance, and data security standards.
Technical background in data analytics platforms, big data reporting stacks, or BI tools.
