A growing entertainment accounting firm based in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a Staff Tax Accountant to join their collaborative team. The firm provides high-quality tax and accounting services to clients in the entertainment industry. The role involves preparing tax returns, engaging with clients, conducting tax research, and working alongside senior staff to ensure adherence to firm policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare individual and corporate tax returns under senior staff supervision

• Maintain direct communication with clients

• Conduct tax research as required

• Collaborate with Seniors, Supervisors, Managers, and Partners

• Follow firm policies and procedures related to tax engagements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Strong research and analytical capabilities

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized

• Comfortable maintaining professional client relationships

Compensation & Growth:

• Salary range: $60K to $90K, depending on CPA certification or CPA exam progress
