Strategic Planning Director

Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). Must reside within 50 miles/1 hour commute of our Miami or Tampa, FL Elevance Health location.

The Strategic Planning Director is responsible for managing the enterprise-wide planning process for a VP and above.

How You Will Make An Impact
 

• Directs monthly/quarterly reporting process and annual operating plan development.
• Ensures rationale is in sync with corporate strategic direction.
• Develops annual business plan and quarterly forecast material and tools.
• Coaches business planning participants on requirements, analysis, and deadlines.
• Manages strategic projects, reports and analysis.
• Leads the development and direction of selected issues and projects.
• Partner with the executive team to develop and implement strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with long-term organizational goals.
• Lead, prioritize, and manage cross-functional projects to drive organizational success.
• Oversee the preparation of reports, presentations, and briefings for executive meetings.
   

Minimum Qualifications
 

• Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
