STRUCTURAL EVOLUTION LLC is an award-winning structural engineering consulting firm located in Peachtree City, Georgia, specializing in cold-formed steel framing design. The company offers engineering solutions for various high-profile structures such as stadiums, universities, hotels, health facilities, and music venues across 22 states.

We are currently seeking a recent or soon-to-be graduate in Civil Engineering for the role of Entry-Level Structural Engineer. This full-time, on-site position offers the opportunity to work closely with a licensed structural engineer and contribute to various real-world projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, detailing, and technical support of cold-formed steel structures such as trusses, joists, wall systems, and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze project requirements and architectural/structural drawings.

• Design complete cold-formed steel structural packages including CAD drawings and calculation reports.

• Provide technical construction support and perform occasional on-site observations.

• Collaborate with clients and team members to meet project timelines, budgets, and technical requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis.

• EIT (Engineer in Training) license preferred.

• 0–1 year of relevant experience (including internships).

• Competency in AutoCAD and general computer applications including Microsoft 365.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Motivated self-starter capable of working in a deadline-driven environment.

• Understanding of the construction industry and the ability to interpret plans is a plus.
