Forge Strategies is partnering with a growing construction organization in South Florida seeking a strong Superintendent to oversee projects across the Miami / Fort Lauderdale market.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who can lead from the front, keep projects moving, hold subcontractors accountable, and drive schedules without sacrificing quality or safety.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee day-to-day field operations from mobilization through closeout
• Manage schedules, subcontractors, inspections, and site coordination
• Ensure projects stay on track for timeline, quality, and budget expectations
• Lead site safety and enforce company standards
• Coordinate with Project Managers, owners, architects, inspectors, and trade partners
• Run site meetings and proactively solve field issues before they impact production
• Maintain jobsite documentation, reporting, and schedule updates

• Ground-Up / Interior Buildouts

What They’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent
• Strong scheduling and subcontractor management skills
• Experience managing commercial or multifamily projects
• Ability to read plans, coordinate trades, and maintain project momentum
• Strong communication and leadership in the field
• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
• Comfortable in fast-paced South Florida construction environments
