Key Responsibilities:
🏗️ Oversee all day-to-day operations on assigned construction sites
👷‍♂️ Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, tradespeople, and the general labor force
📋 Enforce and monitor strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and building codes
🗓️ Track and update project schedules and timelines, ensuring progress aligns with goals
💰 Maintain control of project budgets, adjusting scope and timelines as needed
🔍 Conduct daily and weekly site inspections to evaluate progress, quality, and compliance
📞 Serve as the primary liaison with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams
📝 Maintain accurate site documentation, daily reports, and project-related records
⚠️ Address and resolve issues or conflicts on-site promptly and professionally

Required Qualifications:
✔ Proven track record as a Superintendent or similar supervisory role within the construction industry
✔ Deep knowledge of ground-up construction methods and project lifecycle
✔ Well-versed in NYC construction codes, permitting, and safety regulations
✔ Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interface with all project stakeholders
✔ Ability to multitask and manage several active projects simultaneously
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
✔ OSHA certification is a plus
