Neiman Marcus Group, a leader in luxury retail with a legacy of innovation and a culture of belonging, is seeking an OST Optimum Support Associate for its Bal Harbour location. This role plays a key part in operational and merchandise support to drive store sales, profitability, and exceptional customer experiences. The position involves performing essential back-of-house and merchandise-handling tasks to ensure smooth store operations and uphold Neiman Marcus’ luxury standards.

The Support Associate will be responsible for receiving, stocking, and transferring merchandise, as well as processing inbound and outbound freight. Duties also include order fulfillment for both online and in-store purchases, packing and shipping orders, executing merchandise placements in alignment with visual standards, and performing price changes, reticketing, and inventory control processes such as damages and mark-outs. The role also requires maintaining stockroom organization, supporting the setup and takedown of in-store events, and following all safety protocols on the dock and in other work areas.

This position requires strong flexibility, a collaborative “win together” mindset, and the ability to balance competing priorities. Candidates must have basic proficiency in MS Office and be comfortable with physical activities such as standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 35 pounds. The role involves working a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
