Systems Analyst

Description:

We are seeking a skilled Systems Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and improving our systems and processes, ensuring they align with the business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of ERP systems, particularly Acumatica, as well as experience with HubSpot to support our operational needs and enhance overall productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document system requirements
• Design and implement system solutions that meet business needs
• Provide support and training for users on ERP systems, particularly Acumatica
• Manage system upgrades and enhancements while ensuring minimal disruption to operations
• Work closely with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
• Create detailed documentation for system processes and user guides

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, with specific experience in Acumatica preferred
• Familiarity with HubSpot and its integration with other systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
