Assistance with integration, training, and maintenance of the ISSS database including:
 

• Validation of student data for initial integrations from the SEVIS, Workday, and ISSS databases
• Ongoing analysis of student emails, requests, and inquiries in order to identify where training and learning support in the new systems is needed most
• Maintenance of student data integrated via the daily batch system from the SEVIS system including: (1) Review of student academic information pulled in from Workday to ensure accuracy and confirm data integrity; (2) Review of employment data entered in the SEVP Student Portal and subsequently pulled into ISSS databases via batch system
