Description:
Harvard Resource Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for our non-profit client in Troy on a temporary/contract basis.
Position Summary
Supports talent acquisition and talent management efforts under the guidance of the Director of Talent and Organizational Development.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Screen applications and support hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage candidate activity in ADP and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate interviews and serve as the primary candidate contact.
- Prepare and send candidate communications (interview scheduling, updates, offers/declines).
- Support onboarding logistics, new hire orientation, and relocation coordination.
- Maintain recruitment documentation and contribute to process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and procedures.
Talent Management
- Maintain organizational charts and coordinate new hire assessments.
Additional Duties
- Support special projects and other team initiatives as assigned.
- Uphold the organization’s mission, values, and commitment to DEI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2+ years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience.
- Experience with ADP or similar applicant tracking systems preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Professional judgment and discretion with sensitive information.
