Talent Acquisition Coordinator

 

Description:

Harvard Resource Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for our non-profit client in Troy on a temporary/contract basis.

Position Summary

Supports talent acquisition and talent management efforts under the guidance of the Director of Talent and Organizational Development.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Screen applications and support hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage candidate activity in ADP and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate interviews and serve as the primary candidate contact.
  • Prepare and send candidate communications (interview scheduling, updates, offers/declines).
  • Support onboarding logistics, new hire orientation, and relocation coordination.
  • Maintain recruitment documentation and contribute to process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and procedures.

Talent Management

  • Maintain organizational charts and coordinate new hire assessments.

Additional Duties

  • Support special projects and other team initiatives as assigned.
  • Uphold the organization’s mission, values, and commitment to DEI.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2+ years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience.
  • Experience with ADP or similar applicant tracking systems preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
  • Professional judgment and discretion with sensitive information.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and customer service-oriented mindset.
