Task Associate

Description:

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate (TA) to support operational excellence and sales drivers by maintaining merchandise displays, ensuring store cleanliness, and executing assigned tasks. This role is vital in creating an exceptional shopping experience for all guests by supporting the Merchandise Manager (MM) and Operations Manager (OM) with operational goals, compliance standards, and store processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute operational tasks including shipment processing, replenishment, merchandise sets, planograms, inventory counts, and marketing displays.

• Contribute to meeting retail goals by ensuring product availability and timely execution of tasks.

• Maintain high store standards including cleanliness of the sales floor, restrooms, backroom, and break areas.

• Support loss prevention efforts and provide exceptional guest service.

• Participate in ongoing training for continuous professional development.

• Adhere to Ulta Beauty policies, dress code, and operational procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma preferred.

• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.

• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

• Proficiency with basic technology (POS systems and Apple devices).

• Problem-solving skills and ability to work flexible schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Continuous mobility during shifts, including standing, bending, pushing, pulling, and twisting.

• Frequent lifting/carrying/moving up to 25 lbs.

• Coordination and manipulation of objects throughout the shift.
