Cyber Coders is seeking a Tax Senior to join its remote accounting team, responsible for overseeing a portfolio of clients and ensuring full compliance with all relevant tax regulations. This is a pivotal role that combines technical tax expertise with client management and team leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the preparation and thorough review of complex tax returns, including those for individuals and various business entities.

• Deliver high-quality tax planning and advisory services tailored to each client’s unique financial landscape.

• Maintain consistent compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulatory guidelines.

• Supervise and provide mentorship to junior tax professionals throughout the year and especially during tax season.

• Monitor changes in tax legislation and ensure clients are kept up to date with all regulatory impacts.

• Foster and strengthen long-term relationships with clients through excellent communication and service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is required.

• 3–5 years of experience in public accounting, specifically in tax-focused roles.

• In-depth knowledge of U.S. federal and state tax laws and regulations.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interaction.
