Team Lead

Description:

LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Team Lead to provide exceptional customer service while managing key optical & lab operations. This role ensures customers receive outstanding care, assists with product selection, and leads store associates in both retail and lab settings.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Customer Service & Retail Operations

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customers are satisfied.
• Assist customers in selecting eyewear and provide expert recommendations.
• Serve as an alternate key holder for the store, ensuring smooth operations.

🔹 Optical Lab & Technical Support (If Applicable)

• Custom-fit glasses and place prescriptions in lenses accurately.
• Oversee lens and lab technology processes and ensure eyewear meets optical standards.
• Maintain lab equipment, safety standards, and quality control.

🔹 Team Leadership & Training

• Train and mentor associates to enhance optical product knowledge.
• Lead the LensCrafters Quality, Fitting & Adjusting Program (if applicable).
• Support team collaboration to drive sales and improve customer experiences.

Qualifications:

✅ Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED.
• Experience in optical retail, sales, and customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Sales experience & leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with optical instruments, cash registers, and computers.

✅ Preferred Qualifications

• State licensure or ABO Certification (if applicable).
• LensCrafters Final Eyewear Inspector Certification.
• Experience with AccuFit Digital Measurement System.

Benefits & Compensation:

💰 Pay Range: $18.20 - $30.48 per hour (based on experience and location).
