Description:
We are seeking a Technical Co-Founder who is passionate about artificial intelligence, product development, and building scalable technology solutions. This is an equity-based co-founder role for a visionary leader who will drive the technical direction of CoretureAI, oversee product development, and help transform our vision into a world-class AI product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap of CoretureAI's solutions.
- Lead the end-to-end development of our AI-driven culture shaping and enhancement platform.
- Develop scalable and secure backend systems, APIs, and machine learning models.
- Collaborate closely with the founding team to align technical goals with business objectives.
- Build and manage a team of developers, data scientists, and engineers as the product scales.
- Continuously optimize platform performance, security, and scalability.
- Stay updated with the latest AI and machine learning trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in software development, AI/ML, or a related field (5+ years preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or other relevant programming languages.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Solid understanding of scalable system architecture and API design.
- Prior experience building or leading tech teams (startup experience is a plus).
- Passion for culture development, HR tech, or employee experience is a strong advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills, leadership qualities, and a collaborative mindset.
- Willingness to work in a high-paced, dynamic startup environment.
